Processing time
All orders will be made within 3-5 working days (depending on the volume of orders at the time) Orders are not shipped, made or delivered on weekends or holidays. Orders are delivered via An Post so please also allow a few days in transit.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If we expect there to be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
Collection
If you are local and would prefer to collect your order, we are based in Kilcock Co.Kildare. Please allow 3-5 days for us to make your order and we will contact you to let you know as soon as your order is available for collection.

Shipping prices within Ireland cost €5.96 or Free on orders over €75 (In Ireland only)
EU, UK & USA shipping is calculated at the checkout
International Shipping Policy
The store is setup to accept orders from the UK. We can ship to other Countries also. Please enquire directly with us if you are looking for shipping outside of Ireland.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Please note: Lullaby Luxuries are not responsible for any import duties, taxes, customs tariffs or fees which are applied to your shipment at the destination country. Any additional charges applied after your item has been shipped, is paid by the customer. Returns due to customs fees are not accepted and will not be refunded.
Missing or lost packages
Lullaby Luxuries are not responsible for items which cannot be located once your order is marked as 'delivered'. If you cannot locate your parcel, please contact your local postal operative to file a claim.
Damages
Lullaby Luxuries are not responsible for packages which are damaged during shipping. If you receive your order damaged, it is the responsibility of the customer to file a claim with the shipping carrier. Ensure to support your claim with photo evidence.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
