Refund policy
Thank you for shopping with us. We take great pride in our personalised items. Please note that we only accept refunds for faulty items.
Under Irish and EU consumer law, the 14-day "cooling-off" period that applies to online shopping does not apply to goods that have been personalised, engraved, or tailored to your specifications.
Unfortunately, due to the personalised nature of our products, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind or in the case that the item is not as expected or if you have entered incorrect spellingof a name or selected the incorrect option in the personalisation request.
Please note that while we do our best to capture product colours as accurately as possible, variations may occur due to different lighting, photography, and individual screen displays.
If you receive a faulty item, please contact us within 15 days of the dispatch date. We will reimburse you for the cost of the product and return shipping costs once received. If you would prefer an exchange, we can accommodate this also, provided we have the stock available.
